About us

Goodall Group Insurance Brokers, a division of the Goodall Group, was established in 1987 and was headed by Robbie Phillips. The Group, with the Goodall brothers Mike and Pat at the helm, consisted of well known businesses such as Ashleys Executive Cars, Honda Centre, Nissan Centre, Goodall Industrial and Goodall Bicycle Division.

1989 – The Company was acquired by Robbie Phillips and renamed Goodsure.

1997 – Dick Martin & Associates, Employee Benefits brokers, was acquired with Shaun Ritchie as MD and renamed Goodsure Employee Benefits.
It was later renamed Evolution Corporate Benefits and the shareholding was 100% acquired by Shaun Ritchie in 2009.

2002 – A separate company was set up to house the Short Term Insurance division.

2006 – The Short Term Insurance division was merged with Winstan Insurance Brokers and traded as Goodsure Winstan (Pty) Ltd.

2010 – Goodsure celebrated its 21st Anniversary.

2011 – Francesca Snaith and Dominic Phillips joined Goodsure.

2012 – Goodsure Winstan (Pty) Ltd merged with Goodsure cc into a single entity, Goodsure cc.

2012 – IBS Financial Services cc was acquired and merged into Goodsure cc.

2014 – CHRISTOPHER ADAMS INSURANCE BROKERS CC was acquired and merged into Goodsure cc.

2015 – Goodsure was converted from a Close Corporation to a Company.

2016 – Dominic Phillips and Francesca Snaith were appointed as Directors of GOODSURE (PTY) LTD.

2017 – GUY TANZER AND ASSOCIATES was acquired and merged into Goodsure Brokers (Pty) Ltd

2020 – BRIAN JENIONS was acquired and merged into Goodsure Brokers (Pty) Ltd
